Cabernet Merlot

Apparently there’s nothing else to do. It’s Friday evening, today’s training session has been hard and weather is awful as always. Therefore we decided to stay at home doing our own wine tasting. Today favourite is a 2003 Cabernet Merlot from Southern Australia. There is a pretty simple rule regarding your choice of wine: a good white wine, especially chardonnay is always from New Zealand. A great red wine, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Merlot or a simple Merlot must be an Australian one. Hope this will helps us sleeping tight this night as the roof sounds like a chicken! Looking really forward to visit all the wineries next summer!
